BSNL offers 200 free SMS (within LSA) for every new mobile connection (prepaid or postpaid) with effect from 01 Septmeber 2006. These 200 free SMS (within LSA) shall be given for first two months from the date of activation on 100 free SMS(within LSA) per month basis. SMS beyond free SMS limit shall be charged as per plan opted.

All other terms and conditions remain the same.
