PROCEDURE FOR MIGRATION OF PREPAID CUSTOMERS
FROM ONE PLAN TO ANOTHER
BSNL has introduced the following procedure for migration from one plan to other plan under prepaid services (Excel) :

(i) From One India to Excel General : Recharge with a migration voucher of nil value for the plan change. Talk time and validity will remain the same as in previous plan. Further validity and talk time can be added with a normal recharge voucher applicable to the plan.

(ii) From One India to Excel Anant : Recharge with a migration voucher of nil value for plan change to Excel General. After a gap of 24 hours recharge with special voucher of Rs. 699/- for migration to Excel Anant with nil talk value and validity as applicable to Excel Anant plan.

(iii) From Excel Anant to Excel General : Recharge with a migration voucher of nil value for plan change, the balance talk time and validity will remain unchanged.

(iv) From Excel Anant to One India : Recharge with a migration voucher of nil value for plan change and subsequent recharge by a voucher of Rs. 799/- for migration to One India with a talk value of Rs. 550/- and validity of 30 days.

Terms and conditions :

1. Service tax and educational cess as applicable will be extra.
